Scottish Borders, 28th - 29th November
Times: Saturday: traders set up from 8am, public
access at 10am – 4pm, Sunday:
traders access from 10am, public access at 11am – 4pm
Table scan be left set up overnight - hall is secured
Cost - £40 for weekend
Sizes: 6ft table (supplied) or 6ft
(frontage) x 4ft (depth) space.
Extra space for rails / stands etc can be added per 3ft space (frontage)

Café, Children’s Christmas card competition, tombola, Santa’s Grotto
open to anyone in the craft industry, homemade food producers (e.g. cakes,
chocolates, jams etc). Items must be hand made by yourself.
Only one trader
from organisations such as Pampered Chef, Phoenix Trader etc shall be booked.

receipt of payments and booking forms.

Bookings shall be confirmed end of
October providing payment has cleared and completed forms have been received.
that power is available for £5 per stall however, all electrical appliances must
have a current PAT test certificate.
liability insurance is advised however, if you do not have this then you must
sign below stating that you will take full responsibility should damage / injury
arise from your products / stall / person.
Cancellations: Refunds shall be given if you cancel, at very latest, 10 days
before the event, otherwise we can only give refunds if we can find another
stallholder to fill your space.
If we have to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. bad weather,
problems with the hall etc, then we will obviously try to give you as much
notice as possible as well as refund your money in full.
